I know it happens and more so since we moved but surely Nicky Hawkins of West Ham fan TV shouldn't be seen to encourage this kind of cuntary:

was funny, we were in the corporate part other end to the away fans...clocked from the first whistle, warned by the stewards...but when the winner went in, all went a but south - 2 of my lot ended up running on the pitch !!

Scouser in block 136 got attacked by one bloke and then nutted by another as the very slow response team led him out after the 0-3 goal.

Speaking to a Chelsea bod at work who was in the home end with a few Liverpool.

Openly celebrated the goals with no response.

West Ham are a laughing stock...

I sat in the Millwall end when we got beat 4-0 or 4-1 the Mother's Day massacre ,at Millwall you can sit wherever you want in the home end ,a couple of mates are season ticket holders but didn't
Want the kids there so asked me, fuck that for a game of soldiers I had to stay silent for our penalty save but instincly jumped up when Carrick hit the bar and then mumbled something like 'why didn't they pick him up.?', not for the faint hearted

Was in their east stand for the league cup game when walker saved lampards pen.

Hummed bubbles - flushed out two other hammers directly in front of me. We couldn't hide our joy when walker did his bit..................

My back and coat were covered in gob - and I was told to "f off you pikey"

I brought my chelsea mate to swansea and my everton mate to the everton game. both knew the crack and enjoyed the day.

Yes Jon because it was so much safer to sit in the wrong end in the 70s.

So much so hundreds of fans made a sport of it most away games.

Done it a few times, most recently when we drew 0-0 with Chelsea a couple of years back.

Started off cautiously... took the West Ham wallpaper off my phone and was careful not say anything which could give the game away. After 5 mins (when Willian took a corner and EVERYBODY around us got their camera out) it became clear we were surrounded by tourists and could express our dislike for Chelsea quite openly.

Still left with 5 mins to go as was convinced they were going to nick a winner and didn't want to be around for that regardless.

I did it back in the 90s at Stamford Bridge. Sat in the West Stand I think it was, upper tier, with my best mate who is a lifelong Chelsea fan (not one of the new plastic band wagon jumpers). We were 1-0 down at half time to a goal from Gavin Peacock (met him once, nice fella). Me and my mate had had a few beers and topped up at half time. Sat back down and Dicksy rose like a salmon to head in a corner and I got on my feet to cheer and have never felt so alone whilst around thousands of people. Luckily no meatheads were about and the women behind me actually told me I was o.k. and to enjoy it. We ended up scoring a winner too (Danny Williamson) which I didn't celebrate. Bit of a shame that you can't enjoy a game with your best mate but that is the way the game has gone. I personally wouldn't clump anyone who cheered against us but know they would get done by someone at some point. I remember in 2006 in Cardiff there was a scouser in a Liverpool shirt in our bogs shouting his mouth off. He had come on a coach from his work with 53 of them. 2 West Ham, him and 50 neutrals. F**ked me right off as I had mates who could not get tickets who were STH.

I think you have to be prepared for a clump if you play up in the wrong end nowdays. As Chelsea fans got at West Brom.

I sat in the West Stand (with a Chelsea mate) for the 1986 Chelsea 0-4 West Ham game.

I can't recall my reaction for the first goal, but by the fourth I was not only on my feet, but also laughing with delight. I couldn't help myself.
There were quite a few other West Ham scattered around, so I felt a little less threatened.

When you sit as an away fan with the home supporters it's about having some respect, you shouldn't be there, so don't give anyone the opportunity to clump you are have you removed. I've had opposition fans, mates, sit with me at home and they manage to behave themselves. I've sat with home fans at old trafford many times (friend is a st holder), at spurs, arsenal, chelsea and a few other grounds. I think the difference is when oppo fans aren't there with mates who are fans of the home team, they get pissed up and think they can take liberties.

I've only done it twice, Man U and Newcastle back in the 80/90's - have to admit I found it difficult to keep quiet, especially when we went ahead both times!

Have done it dozens of times over the years and never stay quiet. Got moved from the Stretford End in the 90s with about 20 others and thrown out of the shelf at the linkeker game at WHL. Was also in the German end when we beat them 5-1. The most concerned I've been about taking a shoeing was Mancs in the cup last year as they took serious umbridge to several dozen hammers in their end when payet scored. Obviously prefer the right end...but if you want to see the game, you want to see the game!!
